Argentina – First HQSE (Health, Quality, Safety and Environment) workshop

In November, Petreven has organized the First HQSE workshop for the Argentinian branch. The workshop, entitled “Why Safety”, was conceived as an activity that, starting from HQSE indicators, wanted to focus on two topics closely related and deemed important to the company: Commitment and Accountability. Today, more than ever, these two aspects are of fundamental importance in an extremely competitive market facing increasing difficulties, since they generate efficiency and results which live up to expectations. In this respect, the Petreven management is relying on its resources to achieve a change in terms of mentality and operational approach, in order to meet the standards required by the market.

Argentina, which represents the flagship of the Petreven Division in terms of resources employed, wanted to dedicate the last November 23rd to this interactive activity, which was attended by the top management, foremen and safety experts. The event turned out to be very participative, with practical activities, brainstorming techniques, ideas and group discussions to be put into practice with production and supporting services.

The workshop was concluded defining three concrete actions, which will be disclosed and monitored in the coming months until getting to the second workshop which will be held next March. A great initiative to be repeated!
